Team Commitment:
 
Ensure your team's long-term commitment to the team building process with EA's most comprehensive team-building course. Participants identify critical elements of teamwork, build confidence and trust, demonstrate improved communications, inspire team members and create specific steps towards change and improved teamwork. This jam-packed course will keep your team on track long after they have returned from the learning environment.

Team Action:

Once your team knows where it wants to go and how it needs to get there- it is time to take action. This thought-provoking course reviews the basic characteristics of teamwork and identifies specific steps necessary to address specific issues within the workplace. If your Team is ready to move, it is ready for Team Action.

Team Discovery:

Our second level course reviews the basic characteristics of teamwork and encourages participants to identify specific areas where action is needed to improve overall teamwork in the office environment. Carefully selected activities and guided discussions reinforce the lessons of this dynamic program.

Team Awareness:

Start your team off on the right foot with this introductory team-building course. Through a series of outdoor activities and guided discussions, your team will be introduced to the basic characteristics of teamwork so that they can gain awareness of how they can contribute individually to better and more successful teamwork.

Interactive Business Simulations:

Recreate your team's appreciation of the daily struggles of running a business through EA's engaging Advanced Business Simulation. Participants engage and run a business enterprise over a number of quarters. Participants receive information regarding market conditions, business opportunities, engineering specifications, operating policies and various work environments. Many of the challenges confronted in the typical workplace are illustrated through this highly absorbing course.

The Leadership Challenge:

Step up to EA's Leadership Challenge. From studies of historical leaders, to awareness of contemporary leadership, the participants will be able to better understand and utilize the style that is most appropriate for themselves. This three-day workshop focuses the learner on the exploration of the many "styles" of leadership. The action-packed experimental format makes this presentation more effective than traditional sit-down seminars. Participants recognize the difference in managing and leadership, gain insights in differing theories about power, understand the value of "follow-ership", and how leaders must become masters of change.

Sail Away:

Learn by navigating through rough waters of change with EA's Sail Away excursions. By drawing on the individual strengths of your crew, you'll learn how to successfully tackle seemingly insurmountable problems. Sailing offers numerous analogies to the workplace, including direction setting, planning, delegating environmental scanning, and change management. Bon Voyage, mate!

Phoenix:

To care for the Self along with others in your organization's stressful environment is the essence of productivity and employee longevity. Executive Adventure's unique experimental approach to helping each participant become aware of techniques, philosophies and processes to regain the spirit in their workplace is the answer to employee morale and longevity. This course is designed for individual and not intact team participation and is strengthened by ongoing follow-up sessions.

Facilitator Certification Course:

Frequently, our client organizations are so impressed with our courses that they request assistance in implementing the programs at their companies. EA is happy to serve the training community through its Facilitator Certification Course. EA will train your staff tin our tried-and-true facilitation process. After successful completion of the course, participants will receive an official facilitator certificate to verify and commemorate their expertise.

Team member Profile Instruments:

Help you team members to "know thyself". EA offers a variety of personality profiles that are designed to simulate awareness of how our behaviors as individuals influence our performance as a team. Profiles include Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument, Myers-Briggs Type Indication, Disc and Best Personality Profile.
