For more than 26 years, Executive Adventure (EA) has delivered the very best experential learning programs to be found anywhere in the country.  EA was founded by learning and development legend Robert Carr, in 1981 - and is now owned and operated by the renowned communications firm Griffin MarCom Inc.  Based in Atlanta, GA., EA is one of the most respected leadership development and teambuilding companies in the industry.

About the owner:

Russell Griffin

Russell is an experienced, dynamic and thoughtful leader.  His exposure includes leadership of multimillion dollar Fortune 100 business entities, as well as senior leadership of startup and rapid growth companies - as well as the nonprofit arena.

In the corporate arena, Russell has served with KeyCorp, Wachovia and MetLife, to name a few.  Over his career, he has worked at the director or officer level for more than 15 years. He has served in every aspect of the communications continuum.  He is a recognized and award winning business leader, and has led the growth of a number world-recognized products and services.

Russell is a graduate of the prestigious Harvard Business School - Program for Leadership Development.  In addition to Executive Adventure, he owns and manages Griffin MarCom Inc., and Vibe Entertainment.  The Griffin MarCom family of companies together provide services that improve client Communication, Collaboration and Celebration abilities.
